We operate as a preferred supplier for a number of our clients but we are always happy to take on one-off or ad-hoc assignments. The following features are part and parcel of our service:

Candidate Checks

We can supply a fully referenced, interviewed, ID and eligibility checked short list of candidates within 24hrs of job request.

  • Suitable for the job, available within the time required and committed to the full length of the assignment, each candidate will have been asked to research your company and the job details to ensure they are up to speed.
  • You are then free to review CV’s, conduct telephone and/or face-to-face interviews if you so wish. The assessment process is then in your hands.

Shortlisting

We complete a shortlist and move straight to working a interview within 24 hours if an agreement is made.

This is the fastest, most effective way for us to ensure that you receive maximum value for money.

Working Interviews Option

A working interview means you actually get to see the candidate in action, and we would only offer this service if we were confident it was the right person for the role. Frankly, this saves you time, money and stress, and also acts to speed up the recruitment process considerably.

  • We choose a suitable candidate from the information gathered from you and your job specification, plus our sources including internal relationships and research. The candidate starts work and completes half a day for you. At this point, we will contact you and the candidate to ensure you are both happy, at which point the candidate will continue and complete the temporary job if both parties are happy.
  • If for whatever reason you do not feel the candidate is suitable, the candidate will leave your site and we’ll cover the candidate’s costs ourselves.
